Wait Times for Hearings

Appeals may proceed on the standard track or the fast track, depending on the nature of the file or as decided by a judge of the Court.

The wait time for a hearing proceeding on the standard track is the time elapsed between the moment when all the briefs have been filed (i.e., when the clerk sets the matter down for a hearing) and the date scheduled for the hearing of the appeal.
